This guy was one of 20 white-tails feeding after an evening of flooding rain.

Nice that the good looking deer have a safe habitat here.

What a great shot Michael.
So good to have the deer with the memorial in the background.
lt gives your photo a sense of place, and a huge difference from when the guns
were used

Yes, Bob, I almost named the shot "Crossfire"...
Fortunately the animals there have a much lower sense of fear. Want to go to jail REALLY fast? Take a shot at one of the deer, turkeys or other residents in this park. They'll take your gun, your vehicle, everything you brought with you. Then they'll sell them at auction.

That deer looks like he just realized what's pointed in his direction. Thank goodness they are not loaded and that the park is dedicated to remembrance.
