Love the shot....so did he win or lose? It looks like he is sad so I'm thinking they lost. Love the expression you caught here. He seems lost in his thoughts.

Funny you should say that, Barry.
He played on very good teams his first two years.
This year he was the best player on a team with several boys who didn't have any experience. They lost every game....Sherri and I were grateful for the experience for him.
Life is like that sometimes; WE know that. This was a year for learning an important lesson, with the constant encouragement of his parents...

Entirely disappointed I'm sure. Your capture certainly brings out the feelings very well here... not everyone would think of capturing a sombre moment like this. Well spotted... and better luck next time for your son... you win some, and you lose some...

He wears his feeling on his sleeve. His disappointment comes through the screen at you! :-)

This picture shows that your son takes his sport seriously. I hope that they won the next one. Nice capture.

OK... I'll guess that they won big and he's feeling bad for the other team. :-)

A picture of dejection, Michael.
A very sensitive image. Very well done

Smart top, hope they have a good season, its always hard with kids to encourage them to do their best and then console them when they come up against better teams.

Well, its not looking good :(. Hopefully he recovered and the
team did better the next time....a great mood shot.
