I’ve hosted many teams in our 5 years living on the mission field and every team is special and unique. However, hosting Hands of God from the The Way Miami has been such a blessing to me. The team has been so sweet to me: thanking me at every opportunity for doing what I love to do. What they don’t know is that I’m the one that has been more blessed, broken in His presence and encouraged. This team has come to me during a time of transition in our ministry and a time of lots of uncertainty of how our future looks but God has been so awesome to meet me right where I am. In the midst of all the planning, logistics, driving the team around; God has been strengthing my faith to believe that I can GO FOR IT! Go for what? Go for all that He wants to do in our life and ministry, not to be afraid. Then, tonight Pastor Rigo spoke hope into my life. Elias’ prophet was sent many times to see if he could see the cloud with rain and it’s not until his 7th time that he finally sees this little cloud. But, the rain of blessing is coming. Can’t you hear the sound of the rain? Can’t you see the cloud? Go for it completely for the Lord and hear the sound of the rain… it’s on its Way!

It is almost the end of day 4 and it was a long one for the people doing the medical because there were a lot of people getting medicine. But no matter how tiring it was i knew that the people really needed it. I have really enjoyed being part of the medical team. I’ve loved learning about the medication. Also, I really liked working with the other missionaries as a team. Playing with the kids was a lot of fun also. They were very nice & sweet. I still want to do so much more for God. I want God to use me in the most impossible ways. Most people think that praying for someone isn’t that hard but it is very difficult for me. I’ve been praying to God that he will help me break out of my shell and i believe He will but for now I’m just going to show it in my actions. At the end of the day all 41 of us came to Honduras to serve God and it doesn’t really matter how because God has no limits.
