Ladakh 2000

In late july, 2000, we flew to Leh for a 3 week trek including an ascent of Stok Kangri (6153m). After a successful trek, during which we both summitted Stok Kangri, we stayed for an extra week in Leh doing some local hiking and sight-seeing.

Amazing pictures !! Did you also visit stok Kangri and Nubra Valley ?

Since the year 2000, Ladakh has a little changed : there are more tourists and fewer women Ladakhies with hats as on your pictures, but it remains a very beautiful destination of journey ! Vote.
