Indra and Margaret enjoy a cup of black tea and biscuits at Dzong gompa. We had been watching a monk printing using a wooden block and fireblack from the underside of a cooking pan. This was mixed with oil and brushed onto the printing face of the wooden block which then had a sheet of paper pressed against it to produce the print. No inkjets or lasers here!
