This is the doorway to the main prayer hall of the Jampa Gompa. In the afternoon we went to a special spring puja in the meeting room adjacent to this Gompa. The puja was held to bless the preparation of the fields and to ensure good crops from the new planting of seed. We were made very welcome and offered copious amounts of butter tea.
