This series began before the US presidential election of 2016. Visions were swirling in my brain of the absurdity of a president who's integrity as a person to be trusted with the most powerful nation to date was appallingly dismal. After the election the only thing to do to keep my spirits from grounding into the depths of despair was to apply my art to the events of the times. The visions persisted as double exposures that juxtaposed each other making a statement about my observations of this administration in its first year. I started to post them on the newly formed Face Book groups that popped up by the thousands in solidarity with resisting this administrations whole sale of the country to multi billionaires, and immoral conduct towards truth, women, journalists, people of an ethnicity other than his own, and to an environmental crisis that is in progress. Many of these composite photographs are from the media of the day.
