The time is just two days before Thanksgiving and the cranes are restless.
Every little move makes them jumpy and in flight. Calling, calling,calling.
The fields are empty in two more days except for 307,he does not leave with the group. We wait for a few weeks and go back and pick him up. We will try again in 2011 and see if he will leave with the new colts.
