Old Cape Henry Light

All ships entering and leaving the Norfolk ports and the Naval Base NOB pass by Cape Henry in Virginia Beach. The yellow ribbon extends a "Welcome Home" to all the sailors and crewmen of the steady stream of ships that pass just off the coast at Cape Henry.
