Nice work! I was born in Sitka, and lived there all of my young life. I live in Chicago now, and do photography with Olympus e-3. Would love to take it up to Sitka again and explore it with new eyes. Thanks for the pictures. Hope you liked my old town.

Thank you for sharing the album, I enjoyed the pictures ... great shots to I might add. I was born as the Viet Nam War ended, and never really knew much about it until I met my man, who is a Viet Nam vet as well, and just been reactivated with the Reserve unit. And be deploying out to Iraq Jan 2005 .... I work as well with the Dept of Army reserve doing Medical Validation for activating and deploying solders to Iraq, I have very close and dear friends now serving there and that have just returned after spending the last 12 to 18 mo .... So this past Memorial Day was heart felt than any others I have had, and I know the meaning and resepct behind it. It is amazing what all we as americans growing up take for granted, and not truely know the true price that has been made for our freedom, or the courage and unselfishness of the brave soldiers that defend and fought and fight to keep it .... Thank you again for sharing ... Dove

Hey run this is a beautiful site. I spent the last 30 minutes looking at it. You are doind a wonderful job this is sooooo neat. I e-mailed it to my cousin in PA in which I had not had contact with is 23 years until this lasst Feb. He rides also. I know he will enjoy!!! Thanks again!

Actually, I suppose everyone could put a memo on each pic that you want (at the bottom) and let me know that way. #, size, etc. I'm going to have some printed anyway, but if you want some specifically, you could let me know that way. NOTE that the pics on the web here are reduced quality/size, not good enough for printing.

Jordon, I need more info. CA is typical in high contrast lighting with this level of camera. There are some things you can do to minimize or avoid. I suggest a study at Steve's digicams or DP review web sites.
