Some photos I took on a trip led by Jim Johnson to Ogier Ponds in southern Santa Clara County, with Frank Vanslager (and his mighty Questar), Kathy Johnson, and Janet Geiger. Most of these were taken at too great a distance for them to be first-rate bird photos, but they are all memorabilia of three hours spent pleasantly among birds with these congenial folks. The two kestrel photos were taken not at Ogier Ponds, but in nearby Coyote Valley on my way back from our morning outing.
