About 5 years ago on a trip to California my cousin Ivo, introduce me to Marcello a friend of his that had huge collection of Ducati motorbikes all over his house,including one in the bedroom.The collection has grown to about 40 or so and maybe few more on the way.Did I mention that Marcello was also a wine maker?
We had gone back to California a few years ago and missed Marcello,this past August on another trip at the suggestion of my cousin Roberto www.aluminos.com I decide to call Marcello since we where going to be in LA for a couple of days. Needless to say we spent a wonderful afternoon with Marcello and his lovely wife,the wines where great, the Empanadas where awesome and most of all the company was absolutely outstanding,what a start to our visit,very difficult to top.
Marcello love of life is shown on the wonderful crafted wines he's making, for a one man operation I must say Marcello is making some superb wines.
