burkina faso

these photos are from my trip to burkina faso between mid-october and mid-november 2002. i flew into the capital city of ouagadougou, then went by bus/moped to my friend soumaila's village (laho), to bobo-dioulasso where i was teaching CS for 2 weeks, and then back to ouagadougou.

Moussa's mom works in a traditional bar and that is why Moussa often had millet beer available at night.
