If you don't know what calf frys are....all I'm gonna say is that they are located in the rear undersection of a young bull calf. They are cut off when the calf is very young and deep fried. I have to say I have cooked these up for an old boyfriend whom I watched actually cut them off the calf. I've tried them but don't care for them much. He said I made them better than any he has ever tasted. If I were you guys, I'd be crossing my legs.
