Yes, these are for me...everyone hates getting older but, I feel better now than I did 10 years ago. And, it is inevitable that each of us gets older so why not embrace it! I think my life is wonderful and full of great people and I can't ask for more than that. Also, working out and taking better care of myself is paying off. More energy and just happier. Positive changes. btw....this was not a New Year's resolution. I don't do those.

My co-workers gave me these balloons and some great little tiny bunt cakes that were to die for. I am not dieting but I'm eating healthier. However, I'm not going to pass up good stuff when it presents itself to me! :)

Now, going to head out with BFG to enjoy my family that I haven't seen in a while. Will be a great weekend! Y'all have a great one too! Life is good!
