REPLACING A BULB

Colleyville, TX

I know, it's a lame shot but all I have today. I noticed a headlight out on the Jeep on the way into work this morning so stopped by O'Reilly's. Those guys are really getting to know me. Great bunch of guys for sure. Anyway, this one volunteered to change it for me but his hands were too big so I ended up doing it myself which is okay. They are always willing to help.

I'm also in the middle of a remodel in my home. Resurfacing the kitchen countertops and going to put in a new backsplash, pulling up carpet and replacing with flooring I got for free from a friend who owns a contracting company. I'm doing all the work myself and really getting into the DIY stuff. The house is looking great. Next will be painting the bathrooms and putting tile down in there which I also got for free. The master bedroom is changing as well so I have my work cut out for me. So, as always I have a new project going on. Super excited about it. But, it slows me down on photography and I'll try to keep up. Might be a little slow on viewing others' work.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Love the grittiness of this photo. It truly shows the hands of a mechanic.

good luck on your projects. looking forward to seeing photos of it. Maybe some before and afters?

well I'd love to see photos of the remodel in progress! you are a lucky gal! I'm saving for some paint to paint my dining and kitchen. It will be a big job with all the little strips around the cabinets etc and I'm not looking forward to it, but I love diy projects! You have a lot on your plate, but I'm sure a ton of photo ops to go with it!! keep us posted by photos!
