To those of us with artistic leanings, the colour and texture of rust is eternally appealing and anything old, worn and bent, equally so. Well this is a treasure trove of old, battered, bent and rusty things. But it is not only a shop, but a place to dine and even to stay!
Two remarkable women, Ansie and Sandra have combined their talents and merged their businesses to create this "experience". Die Blik Plek and The Green Acorn Guest House flow into one another and it has been fascinating watching it all grow.
One never knows what to expect next when one goes there! It is still growing so I shall be adding images as it changes and expands..
