I really felt that I did not do the insects and spiders justice on this trip. Mind you insects were not overly visible the way they can be at certain times and in certain places. But still, anyone who is an avid insect photographer knows that you have to concentrate all your efforts on finding the insects, and an insect search pattern is quite different from a search pattern for birds or mammals. I am afraid that far too often I let the birds distract me. So for what it is worth, here is my African insect gallery. Oh well, maybe on another trip....
