Horsehead

The Horsehead nebula in Orion. 4 x 3 minute exposures using a Takahashi 530mm FL2.8 at ISO400 were combined in IRIS. The large Halo around the Star (Zeta Orionis) was caused by dew on the secondary mirror. Elongation of the stars is caused by a coolimation error.
