I use IRIS at www.astrosurf.com/buil which is extremely powerful, but it does take a while to learn it,

Hello friend,congratulations for your wonderful astronomical pictures. I am venezuelan engineer who is beginer taking digital astronomical pictures. My equipment is a celestron telescope S/C 8" and digital camera sony DSC-S70. Until now I have taked some pictures, but they have a lot of little points of light which looks like stars but I know it is only electronic noise.Could you please tell me where I can get free software which help me to enhance my pictures?
