Wisdom Path or the Heart Sutra Wood Inscription is outdoors. Heart Sutra is one of the world’s best known Buddhist sutras or prayers.

The outdoor wooden version of the 260-word prayer is on 38 wooden rectangular beams or obelisks. The beams are in the shape of a figure eight to represent infinity. The Heart Sutra is on the beams. The Chinese calligraphy is a work of art.

The Wisdom Path is impressive. The beams range between eight and ten feet tall. They blend well with the beautiful mountainside. People walk between the beams reading the solemn words and admiring the calligraphy.
