A few weeks ago, not more than a month, I was viewing your gallery and found on you series of pub signs one of the Woodman Inn. It does not seem to be there anymore.
I have a family photo, about 1920, of the Woodman Inn, somewhere near Ocker Hill, Staffs.
The sign shows three trees and a woodman wielding what appears to be an axe.
I have been unable to locate the site of the pub. Can you tell me where it was?
Many thanks, Jim.
Your pictures are wonderful.

I'm totally speechless. Good stuff.
Hi Ted, and thanks for your nice words on my own gallery! Some really good pics on here and i enjoyed the IR ones a lot - especially the one of Slater's Bridge and the ones around Talyllyn, which is an area i know quite well. Keep it up!
Hi Ted, I'm very impressed with your IR gallery... your pictures are very sharp.
Thank you for your message in my pbase gallery.
Hi Ted: So nice to have your kind comments. Your own I/R galleries are superb! England Lake District Sepia pics took my breath away (heart too!) What a landscape. The B&W Gallery has also been photographed very well. All the pics are great, but I liked #s 2686 and 2818 the most. Best wishes. JARIS
Great photos - the infra red shots make me want to have a try. I'll look out for new additions.
Just checking up on what you'd been doing lately. Look'n good. My galler exhibit is still up. We had a great turnout for the opening. Cheers to the bibbers! john gardner
Hi Ted, thanks for your kind comment. I enjoyed looking at your gallery, especially the IR pictures, which are really striking.
Mum has sent me details of your website and I've enjoyed the photos. I notice that you have used digitalmrather than film. Do you still used the film camera. Most of my photos are now taken with digital but I somestimes go back to film and always enjoy this.. Especially in b/w.
Cheers & best wishes
Great photographs, look forward to seeing more of your images.
Most enjoyable pictures Ted, put some of your superb I/R trees and landscapes on the site which should create a lot of interest.
