On December 14, 2005, New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson and Virgin Galactic's CEO, Sir Richard Branson announced an agreement to build the world's first "private" SpacePort in New Mexico. I was the official photographer for the event. This image was taken in Santa Fe, New Mexico during the official press conference.
