How Can I Prepare Myself?

In preparation for the Massage Yoga Tantra, I recommend waking up your body as much as possible with stretching and movement. Get plenty of sleep the night before. Please avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for three days before, and during the treatment (M.Y.T.) . Please do not ejaculate within 48 hours of the start of the treatment (M.Y.T.) nor during the treatment.
