So said the farmer at Low Carlingil Farm,when I showed him the image.
That's the tarred road on a ROMAN ROAD,on left of image.

The Roman Road is known as Fairmile Road.Every person; cyclist,walkers,farmers on this road,were so proud to tell me that this is a ROMAN ROAD -
