It's an anomoly ,that's what it is ?

Baring Street , London N1.

I photographed this Route 141 as it approached me in Baring Street, London N1.Iwas sitting in the front left side, of the Upper Saloon, of another Route 141 Red London Bus.I had just watched the bus approach us,travelling west along Baring Street,on a dry, sunny afternoon. So far, so good.I was using a Canon S100 digital camera.Upon seeing the image,I could not identify any driver,in the cab.To my surprise I can see the whole of the driver's seat and the steering wheel, but no driver.I take lots of shots of buses and laugh at persons who are dumbfounded when I've apparently taken a photo of them driving a bus,but due to reflections and shadows, one can only rarely identify the driver. But I've never seen this effect. There has to be a driver seated in the cab,or the bus won't go.It was travelling at around 25mph.To do so,there had to be a driver in the cab, so where is he ?
Answer :What appears to be the seat,is infact, a reflection of the bus I was in, and not a seat. The driver can apparently be seen as a shadowy figure, above the reflected bus.

Shades of old rock stars, very old rock stars.
I like the Silver Ball travelling upstairs.

Great image Ian. You sure TfL isn't using driverless buses as a cost cutting exercise?
