Lunaria Annua commonly known as Money plant.

These flowers,I use that term loosely,as the whitish "flowers" are discs without any recognisable core and certainly,no petals,are in an area of woodland which householders nearby,appear to be using as their "personal" property when infact it's not theirs to use.This plant is very noticable in a close garden.
