Photo-A-Week 2004

After knowing about the PAW project from Larry Soo on the rangefinder forum I thought about giving it a chance. It's curious how, now that I'm editing this more than a year after, I feel that this simple but fantastic idea which in its latest incarnation came from the mind of Kyle Cassidy can change the way you see your daily life. And it all started 'cos I was feeling guilt by owning so many cameras and not using them.

I've found myself on both good and bad moments during this year, but I like to think that the fact that I had to put my a** out there and come with something worth (ehem...) enough to post here has helped me a lot, as if taking pictures was some times a kind of therapy but I've realized that I still have a lot to learn...

Let's see what the PAW 2005 comes up with ! (apart from still more cameras, that is :))

Hi Kelly and thanks! I'm glad you like it. The small Ricoh 35 ZF makes a great carry everywhere camera and that lens seems to give a soft pleasant look. Enjoy it !

Very impressive work. I have just found a Ricoh 35 ZF burried in the closet and thought would like to say thanks for the insipration.

Thanks so much for your comments Jeremiah. Usually the post processing job is done via Adobe Photoshop and the pics scanned on a Epson 3170.
