With the beautiful sleigh that we purchased from Marie Curtis, we took our first sleigh ride with our Friesian mare, "Beike". She was spectacular...never put a hoof out of place. It was so much fun. We stayed inside of the big ring for our first time so we would be safe.

Last week, farrier Randy Ring put a nice set of borium shoes and pads all the way 'round so we had four-hoof drive. :)

John was our photographer today, except for the couple that Pete took for us at the end. We had a great time.

Thanks again to Jan and Miek for allowing this wonderful mare to come to our family. She is a true joy for our hearts.
