Hong Kong Sevens 2009 (Rugby)

Hong Kong is once again rolling out the red carpet to welcome the rugby world as it descends upon Asia's world city. Hong Kong Stadium, home of the Sevens, will rock as some of the world's most talented rugby players take to the pitch during three days of feverish competition. Twenty-four teams compete to win the coveted Hong Kong Sevens championship. Long a must-attend event for rugby lovers, the tournament comprises 57 matches, each lasting 14 minutes with the exception of the 20-minute Cup Final.

The intense competition on the field is matched only by the electric atmosphere in the stands as locals and visitors alike passionately cheer on their favourites. It¡¦s a sporting festival like no other... Hong Kong style!
