Superb photo! Aside from capturing the whole process, you have captured two very different moods and environments as well. It's almost as if the customers, in their assembly line, are peeking into heaven (the baker). The baker, on the other hand, is covered in a warm golden light, with flour in the air, creating a wonderful effect and environment.

A splendid documentary image, Carol!
The smell of hot bread diffuses through to me....
A superbly balanced composition, with a most original angle, and an interesting tonal contrast between the line of patrons and the warm colours of the bakery...

Nice angle and nice tones. Makes me feel hungry...

It is rare to see an industrial process so elegantly photographed yet so substantive in content. The headless abstracted baker seems almost to be in a world of his own, oblivious to the customers he serves. He is on autopilot -- lost in his work, almost robotic. The most incredible thing about this picture is that the customers seem to be on an assembly line as well, each in their place in line, but not touching anything. It as surreal in its way as some of your collages are in their way. Outstanding image, Carol.

Carol, I like this one too. Unusual and interesting angle.

Wow, do I love this one. You have captured the whole process, the way the maker and the buyers are both in the picture.
