I remember Grafton and this particular house. Your desaturated approach to color, and your use of a small child in the foreground, seated in an odd crouch, and looking off into the distance, gives the image a surreal feeling, suggestive of the Andrew Wyeth painting, "Christina's World."

The house looks pretty good from the outside. I miss the "abandoned village" concept, although we do have one on former Army land. Marvellous capture.
