On the 7th day after Purattasi sravanam Thiruvallur Sri Raghavan with his entourage comes to Sriperumbudur for a full day uthsavam. This uthsavam stopped so many years back and due to efforts of prakrutham Srimath Azhagiyasingar it was started again two years back and it was the 3rd year uthsavam on 19/3/2005.

Srimath Azhagiyasingar received perumAL at the outskirts of Sripeumbudur at 4am. After thaligai, sattumrai and goshti grand mada veedhi purappadu started with veda parayanam and stothra padam. Srimath Azhagiaysingar was so much delighted that He accompanied perumAL until Sri Raghavan came back to Swami Desikan Sannidhi.
