Wendi & Tony, December 4th, 2010, Zama Beach Club

Testimonial for the Island:
We loved the island and it was the best week ever. We love the weather, the awesome beaches, and the perfect turquoise water. We loved exploring on the golf carts and checking out the south/eastern side of the island. The people that we encountered were all really friendly and hospitable. The food was great, and there's so many options that everyone could choose something they liked. The prices for food, lodging, and transportation are extremely reasonable compared to other tourist destinations. We had a great time just hanging on the beach with all our friends and drinking beers or ordering drinks from the hotel. We didn't do any activities this time, but the first time we went down we went Scuba diving with Aqua Adventures. They were great, and we had some really fun dives. From what we saw, Isla is very clean - the locals do a good job of keeping it that way. Although there are a lot of dogs and cats walking around, they don't bother anyone and if you don't want their attention they won't pay you any. We were looking for a warm, quiet, but fun place to have a wedding, and Isla was perfect.

Testimonial for SunHorse Weddings
We received information and quotes from 3 wedding coordinators on Isla, but after we received Sunhorse's information, we booked them right away. Their info was really easy to read, was very organized, and answered a lot of questions right away. They helped us pick a venue based on our guest size, and when the venue was in danger of being booked before we could get our deposit sent to Mexico, Tiffany went over to Zama and paid them the deposit out of her own pocket. We were very relieved to have someone we could really depend on without having to stress about all the details of planning a wedding in Mexico from the US. Sunhorse works with a limited amount of vendors - from flowers, cake, hairdressers, photographer, and DJs. But the vendors that they do work with are fantastic. The stylist, and the DJ were amazing - so much better than we even thought possible. Every single detail of the wedding was taken care of by Sunhorse. We gave them direction on colors, themes, and some of our ideas and they took the ideas and made them better and executed them perfectly. There were no delays, no hiccups, and absolutely no issues the entire week we were there. We had 68 guests, and every single one of them had a great time, and most of them said it was the best wedding ever. Sunhorse turned the week from a "vacation" into the perfect destination wedding.
