The Federal Power flies the flag of Cyprus.
This is the second image of three, in a moonrise series made over a two-night period.
1. The first night, August 31st, was termed a "Blue Moon",
as it was the second full moon in August;
the water was fairly calm and reflections were bright.
2. The following night (shown here), September 1st, the moon still appeared full;
the water was rough, and there were no reflections early on.
3. As the sky became blacker, reflections began to show
for the lighthouse beacon, but not the moon.
