Greetings Sue Anne ~
I just wanted to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and the Happiest and Healthiest of New Years!
thanks for your comment.
I love your personal photo site. I don't know if I'm drawn to it because i grew up in a rural setting, where you photograph, or because you are flexible enough to give your kids the camera, (fascinating shots result), or what...but I really appreciate your being a part of pbase...
Thanks Sue for your nice comments on my images...
I would love to do some photography with you.
Stopped by here while searching for Sigma 17-70 images. you have some great pics...but I knew that from Dpreview!!

Thank you Sue Ann for your help with my great egret. It certainly isn't warm here- but he does look like the picture (the article said they live in warm places all over the world). Kerry
Great galleries. Thanks for giving us an insight into your world and making ours more beautiful.
Love you kids galleries also - we have a ginger cat just like yours!
I'm just a newbie with a SD950IS. Been reading the Cannon Talk Forum (trying to learn) and have followed your postings there. Yesterday, I spent 4 hours looking at your gallery and was blown away by the beauty of your photos and the way you express it. Even more than that,I was taken by the "story" of your family and the exquisite lifestyle you have provided your children. They are beautiful, and I am guessing that they will grow into marvelous human beings as a result of the aesthetic beauty and love they are surrounded by. They have been gifted in a way that cannot be counted in dollars and cents.
Thanks for stopping by my humble galleries again:-) It seems your son and daughter have added photography to their busy schedule. What a wonderful way to incorporate learning into something fun....and artistic to boot!! Puts a smile on my face:-)))
Amazing galleries indeed.
Great images......I love the sunsets,

I keep finding myself coming back for a visit to your galleries:-) You have such a natural, easy feel to your work. It's not forced. Very lovely.

Hi Sue Anne, Thanks for the return visit to my gallery. I miss seeing your posts on dpr -- have you tired of all the bickering there?? I know I have. I haven't found a new forum yet. Best wishes to your family for Christmas. Jim.

Hi Sue Anne,
Thanks for the two nice comments on my gallery. I ofen return to look at your pics here. As I have said, I think the pictures you have posted of your farm are excellent. They have a real inner peace to them. You also have a family for which you can be very proud. I do miss the friendship of the Canon Talk forum of 2004-2005, Going there was sort of like sitting around the kitchen table after a hard day to chat and enjoy each other's pictures. Best regards, Jim
Sue you have some great photos here. The picture of all the tractors in the drive shed looked especially good.....mainly because of all the John Deeres LOL.
I'm glad you liked my photos as well.

First time here. Nice photos! Really nice site also.
I really enjoy your photos. Are they straight out of the camera or are you using Photo shop? I'm researching the Canon G6.

Dear Sue Ann
thank you for looking at my photo (lawn) on dpreview.com.
I was presented the G6 (am in india so no good customer support) and would like to ask this After shooting an image, when review is on (set to 6 secs) I cant zoom in or out till I press set or The star button. Is this normal? Shouldn't I be able to magnify without pressing anything? Pl advise as you seem an experienced G^ user. Thanks .
Hi Mooder Man - thanks. Yup the A80 is a great 'little G3' but going to the G6 is even more sweeter. The sharpness of the pictures and features/controls are great! :)
