08/31/2010 - Around 2220 hours the Randolph MA Fire Department responded to 45 Woodlawn Street for a reported fire. Companies arrived to find heavy fire showing from a 2.5-story wood framed occupied dwelling. All of the occupants were reported out of the building. A working fire was struck, followed by a second alarm, bring mutual aid from surrounding communities. An additional ladder was requested over the second alarm, along with an ambulance for a stand-by. Heavy fire was knocked down within 15-minutes. Companies were tied up for approximately an hour overhauling and checking for extension.
