04/28/2011 - Around 1730 hours Brockton Fire Alarm struck their Box-2244 for a reported kitchen fire at 143 Hayward Avenue. Engine-2 arrived to find heavy fire showing from a 1.5 story wood frame occupied dwelling. A working fire was requested. Companies used three lines to knock down the heavy fire within 10-minutes. The Red Cross was requested for the displaced occupants.
