03/02/2009 - Whitman recently constructed and installed several RIT training props in the former armory located behind the Central Fire Station. Whitman Firefighters have been conducting on-duty training with the props going over different rescue techniques. This was the first round of training and included drills such as, how well do you know your SCBA, wall breaching, wire entanglement and long lug out. Training is being conducted with Lieutenant Robert Hover.
