Lochan Na Achlaise on a very cold February morning. The temperature gauge on the car was showing -15. The week of cold weather had frozen the Lochan completely and on this morning a bank of frozen mist had totally obscured the sunrise in the valley. Once the sun got up a bit further, the rays started to burn off the mist to expose the peaks of the Black Mount behind.
