For those of us fortunate enough to live near the ocean, there's nothing else quite like it.
If you believe in evolution, it's the source of all life, and still teems with life of all kinds.
It is always "alive" - even on the calmest of days, and awesome in the wrath of a storm.
Exhilarating, yet calming, we are all inexplicably drawn to it like moths to a flame.
