The extra sharpness and crispness works very well with the rough texture of the brick, and the light is indeed excellent.

I think the "high contrast" of it transforms an ordinary everyday scene into an extroidinary image. Now get out your weed killer. Better yet I have found boiling water will do the trick! No chemicals.

Dale, I think it's so neat that you didn't have to go any farther than your front walk to come up with such a wonderful entry for the challenge! I hope that will be an inspiration to others. Great lighting and I love the colors and textures!
