Thank you for your comments thus far! Sonny: it goes past boldness and such... one needs to invision every day objects using the entire color spectrum, because to each eye a different color represents beauty. I experiment with colors at every given chance and, I feel I'm a more creative photographer because of this. The same holds true even for flower marketing people... one day, somebody experimented with dying the edges of roses different colors and the flower world has never been the same :-) Markjay

It takes vision and boldness to convert a colorful rose into black and white. You did very well!
