Scene was metered from the background and then a silver reflector placed just out of frame ( camera right) to reduce contrast and to take out some of the strong shadows from the subject's shadow side ( foreground). This image was originally only a candid 'polaroid substitute' for some medium format neg film Boudoir shots I was planning and used to test out the lighting while the model was dressing - I liked the natural pose so much that I re-shot it on neg film but kept the original 'digital polaroid' for reference which I've posted here.
