This is a stand alone -- but could be seen as part of the former series. Take it either way!

The funny thing about all this is that they've been crooning and schmoozing around this very busy parking lot since Tuesday, and show no signs of leaving. They know home when they see it! They also apparently don't realize that in Cincinnati, where they live, male-male relationships are discouraged!

No, not that! It is one picture out of hundreds. I did not count the glasses in the shop, but quite all were tested.

Here are a father and son. My son and my grandson. The time when they are so young is so special. How quickly they grow. And change.

Life is bittersweet.

How wonderful it is to see the man my little boy has become - a special legacy. How wonderful it is to see the little man my grandson is - a special time. But how sad it is to know how quickly they will change. The boy becomes a man. The man becomes an old man with grandchildren of his own.

But how much sadder would it be if they did not change and grow.

Life is ever renewing itself.

Your most valuable resource is time. Spend it on those you love.

It was a lonely, boring, hot day. I was in my playpen surrounded by burning metal bars. I’m Paolo by the way. I was sleeping in my stall when I felt a little shade around my muzzle. It was my Master Krissy who had come to get me ready to ride. First she let me eat lots of hay that way I wouldn’t get hungry in the middle of my jumping. She walked me around a bit in my playpen and put me in my stall while she got the saddle and other things ready.

“So how is my favorite horse doing today?” Krissy asked me. She gave me two sugar lumps as always. I really like Krissy because she always gives me sugar lumps, rides me around a lot, and never neglects me! She started to put on my saddle and adjusted my bit. She put me back in my stall and went to go eat lunch.
So after about an hour or so, Krissy came back to ride me over jumps. I was very excited I moved around a lot while she was trying to get on me. Krissy was getting very, very, very mad. It looked as if she was about to have steam coming out of her ears.

“I am trying to stay calm here so stop misbehaving,” Krissy said trying to stay calm. I stopped being so excited and stopped moving so long that Krissy had to yell at me twice until I got out of Dreamland. She started to ride me over to the fence which stood between me and the road to jumps. The rest of the day went perfectly perfect. I made all of those jumps perfectly except for one which was pretty high. I missed it at first but I made it the rest of the time. Luckily Krissy didn’t fall of and hurt herself. That is why I really like Krissy and hope to spend the rest of my life with her!

PARIS, France – Sunday March 31, 2002 – 3 :34pm GMT – by Fox Mulder

As fair weather allowed Parisian citizens to enjoy their Easter week end,
At 3:34pm, a lightning hit the copy of the liberty statue, near the Eiffel tower.
Seconds later, the lightning was followed by several earthquakes
Their preliminary magnitudes varied between 3.6 and 5. No injuries were reported, the civil defense said, adding hundreds of houses had suffered roof damage, fallen chimneys, broken window panes and cracked walls.
The lightning left a glimmer on the statue’s torch. A crowd of people stood and stared.

PARIS, France – Sunday March 31, 2002 – 3 :46pm GMT – by Fox Mulder

Although weather was bright and clear, a blue dark ghostly haze started to come over the place, as a deafening buzzing started. Reports described people covering their mouths to avoid inhaling the substance and many airline flights were canceled.
The cloud was dramatically visible over the Paris area in a March 31 image made by a NOAA satellite.

Day light started to fade dramatically
In a deafening roaring, a strange large, bright object appeared in the western sky, brighter than Jupiter or Mars, moving east at a high rate of speed. As guided by the torch of the liberty statue, the bulb shaped object approached rapidly, ending its trajectory at meters from the statue. At 3:55pm GMT, It abruptly disappears, for no apparent reason.

Somewhere in France, Area 51 – Sunday April 7th, 2002 – by Dana Scully

French papers reported on intense UFO activity over and nearby Paris

Meanwhile, according to our reporters, the French and American authorities are analysing debris of a recently found alien space craft, known as the ‘mothership’.

A plaque was discovered mounted on the spacecraft, showing the silhouette of the spacecraft, the position of a star relative to the center of an unknown galaxy. Beyond, the drawing of an unknown solar system, and finally, the silhouette of 2 strange creatures, apparently a male and female carrying small objects shaped as cameras.

The enigmatic inscription is still under investigation :
“S.T.F – Intergalactic Challenge XIV mission”

If aliens do exist....and remember the story of the conversation from Neil Armstrong to Houston on a space trip to the moon...I can see moon babies ...they are huge ....and coming towards me... then the transmission was cut to the outside world for several minutes, classed as a malfunction by Houston control.

Only about 3 miles distant, one of our favorite places to go recreate as a family is the Honey Lake wildlife refuge. Between hunting season and mosquito season, the refuge offers a wonderful opportunity to get away from vehicles and people; to walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the abundant wildlife. Today was no exception, as we took our horses on a little outing to enjoy the sunshine and the scenery.

On March 21st of this year, the local rescue helicopter in our area tragically crashed into Honey Lake, killing the pilot and critically injuring the two flight nurses. The crew normally devoted to saving lives, was on the opposite end of this incident. This was the only medical rescue helicopter serving our area, and the community depended on it as our literal lifeline to major medical centers. The crash had occurred a few miles into the lake from where we were walking, and had happened over two weeks ago. This car-hood-sized piece of the doomed chopper must have been brought to the shores by the prevailing wind swept waves. It protruded eerily from the normally pristine lakeshore.

Even from a distance it was obvious there was yet another object that did not belong in the wildlife refuge.

A sadness and sickening feeling came over us as we approached the object to discover the helicopter’s pediatric backboard; floating forlornly and ironically in need of rescue.

We still love the refuge, but I don’t know that I will ever visit it again without thinking of the tragic loss of the helicopter and its pilot.

This is my dog Honey. Honey is a 2 year old female Boxer. She's been a source of great enjoyment and companionship in my life. Boxers were developed in Germany as a medium size security dog and, was actually the first developed police dog used in Germany. The breed was first inttroduced in American when after World War 1, was brought home by returning servicemen. Today, the breed has developed into a friendly, playful, loyal dog that gets along with most anyone. I took this picture while she was playing in the park lake at Crest Lake Park in Clearwater Florida. She loves the water and, she loves making believe she's chasing birds... she never catches them, just the fun of the chase for a few seconds.

Like I said.... Honey loves the water and, those birds were a constant challenge for her today! Here she is lining one up for a capture (at least she thinks).... knowing she'll never get off the ground to catch it. Honey says it's not the capture.... it's the hunt that's all the fun. I tried getting a lower perspecitve for this shot, fell back on my ass into mud, then stood up quick to finish this shot. With mud all over me, I caught her before she took off again..... the sign of a dedicated photographer :-)

Well, Honey gave up on the birds.... temporarily, to take time out for some fun with a pair of new found friends at the park. It doesn't matter how much larger the dogs are, Honey has no fear.... fun is fun. Honey is friendly to all dogs, loves children and, you know how she feels about birds by now. :-) Well, it's time to go home, the fun is over for now. Honey says good bye and thank you for reading her story. We'll come back again next week for a chance to get within inches of one of those elusive birds! Hope you enjoyed getting to know Honey? :-)

In the first 20 minutes the Blackhawks went up 3-0 on fast breaks from long upfield balls. The Scorps were reeling. In the 30th minute a corner kick by Cabrera found Potter on the far side of the goal who headed the ball in to close the score to a 3-1 deficit.

Rush hour traffic was brought to a stand-still in all directions, when officers were required to secure most of the eight-lane intersection to investigate the accident. Investigating officers, as well as the involved officer, heard from their radios that three persons, in possession of firearms, bullet-proof vests, and a large sum of cash, had been arrested at the scene of the armed bank robbery without incident. Drivers caught in the traffic snarl heard only music and traffic reports from their radios, and remained unaware that they were victims of a bank robbery several miles away.
