My Oklahoma House *SOLD!*

It's not mine YET, but it should be soon. 3 bedrooms, two full baths, and a two car garage... all for a single guy. I had the house inspected a few days ago and aside from a few minor things it's in great shape. I'm not too crazy about the all white look of it but that shouldn't be to hard to change.

UPDATE - It's all mine... but now I found out I may be leaving (military move) in as little as a year and a half. So, most of the things I was thinking of doing will not get done. No need to dump more money into than I can get out of it when I leave.

UPDATE #2 - After spending a few thousand dollars on all sorts of goodies the work has begun. The plan? Replace all carpet in the living room/hall/kitchen with laminate flooring, the bathrooms and entryway will get tile, and the bedrooms will get new carpet. There are more updates planned as well. Like new vanity tops, new hardware for the kitchen and bathrooms and new paint all over the place. Oh, and I'm planning on selling it in about 6 months (moving back to California)... WHAT HAVE I BEGUN?

UPDATE #3 - WEll, the entryway, living room, hall and guest bath have been gutted, walls patched and re-textured as needed and are now primered... NOW I just need to clean up a few areas AND decide what color I'm going to paint this place. After that it's on to getting the flooring instaled and THEN I get to move to the kitchen... FUN!

Update #4 - ... it's been a while... I finished all work on the house AND sold it more than a year ago. I have tons of pictures that, one of these days, I hope to be able to go through and get on here far a comparison.
