On December 10, 2003--International Human Rights Day--Jobs with justice coalitions participated with the AFL-CIO in a series of activities highlighting the need for workers to have the right to oranize unions, and the importance of overcoming legal obstacles to organization.

In Cleveland we held a Workers' Rights Board hearing, where workers described the unfair obstacles they had encountered, as well as the benefits of having a union.

Later, we had a rally to support workers at Marc's, a local discount store chain, who are trying to organize.
