I wrapped a log chain around the 10 inch tree on the right.

I wrapped a log chain around the stump in the foreground.

I hooked up the Wyeth-Scott to the two log chains.

...and started cranking.

The cable got tight, and I knew one of three things was going to happen:

...the Wyeth-Scott would break....not likely

...the 10 inch tree would come out of the ground....less likely

...or the 8 inch stump would come out.


The 8in stump just leaned over and was ripped out of the ground.

Hook up to the 7 inch stump

....and repeat.

IT WAS FUN!
