I have had the pleasure to live in the southwest United States for over 20 years, and truly enjoy the varied terrain and landscapes this area provides. I now live in Salt Lake City, UT. I lived in Las Vegas, NV for almost four years. For 12 years, I lived in northern Arizona, which is a wonderfully beautiful part of the country. I also spent some time in California.

I hope that you enjoy these galleries, which highlight various trips or hikes that I've taken where natures beauty has been evident. Sometimes the beauty is man made - but this always seems to pale in comparison to the natural beauty around us.

I started shooting with a Canon 10D and now have upgraded to a Canon 50D, although I also shoot with my Power Shot SD850 IS or my Nikon COOLPIX S8100, and love the flexibility that digital provides.
