4750K -3 Studio Lighting

Starting with a single 1D Mark III RAW image of a GMB/Xrite ColorChecker under studio lighting, a conversion was performed with PhaseOne CaptureOne (default toning) and Adobe Camera RAW (default toning) as well as using ACR with an ACRCalibrator-computed calibration applied.

The color-error plots were produced with Imatest's ColorCheck module. The numbered squares represent the colors of each of the 24 color-checker patches measured by GMB and published on BabelColor, while the larger circles represent the color measured from the photograph of the color-checker, and the line between the two represents the error. In an a-b-error plot, saturation differences are in and out from the center, while hue differences are "around" the center.

With this camera and this lighting and this color-checker, it appears that Adobe Camera RAW (2nd plot) is a little better converting the color-checker patches than the CaptureOne beta (1st plot), and ACR's accuracy can be improved (3rd plot) with a free script.
